Streimer Kicks off 2017 Season with TechSport Racing

With plans to run a very limited schedule in 2017, Streimer kicks off the season driving for TechSport Racing in Rds. 5 & 6 of the Pirelli World Challenge Grand Prix held at Lime Rock Park on May 26 and 27, 2017. This oppurtunity came about just a few weeks prior to the event and I jumped at the chance to run with TechSport Racing in their 21 car. The racing in the TCA class of the Pirelli World Challenge is very competitive and to run at Lime Rock Park on Memorial Day weekend made this a no brainer.  With this only being the 2nd event where I have run the Mazda MX-5 Cup Car I am really enjoying the challenge it presents to alter my driving style to carry the momentum necessary to make these cars go fast. Overall, ending the weekend with two 9th place finishes and a 2nd race fast lap that showed my improvement over the weekend I am very satisifed and hope that the oppurtunity to run with TechSport Racing presents itself again in the very near future.
